One Sunday a month since 2015, our guests are welcomed at Casa Vinyasa for a relaxing morning of Ashtanga Yoga with my two favourite teachers, Isa and Liz.
After this beautifying practice, I serve a completely plant based brunch inspired by the seasons. Usually two drinks and three dishes with all the extra toppings.
