My Gift for You !

When I think about my personal resolutions for the new year, one of the top ones is to use affirmations again, daily.
I used to share them on Instagram and daily on stories a while back, alongside with a few morning routine steps and, for some reason, I stopped doing it. Did life get too busy? Maybe it did, but I know how complete these little affirmations made my morning feel and that’s why I want to come back to them.
Seeing sweet Ana Roldão share her affirmations every morning inspired me to re-introduce this practice in my routine. Thank you Ana!

More than a year ago, when thinking about the first ideas for the new blog content, this affirmation cards idea came to me and I thought it would be the perfect little gift to offer to all of you for this past year.
I am so thankful for having you by my side and all I wish is that I can continue to inspire you throughout 2018 and the years to come.
Thank you for your support, constructive criticism that makes me grow and improve what I do. Thank you for your trust, for welcoming my ideas in your life and for sharing your interpretations with me.

Affirmations are a powerful tool to manifest what you want in life. Over time, repeating positive affirmations helps us reshape our beliefs and assumptions about ourselves and the world around us.
In the beginning, the affirmations may not be true or accurate for our lives at the moment, but they are an expression of our intentions and a reflexion of what we wish to be true in the future. They are always written in the present, as something that is happening already, and they should be small, concise, assertive and powerful.

 

How to Use?

I gathered 31 of my favourite self-love affirmations and put them together in a printable format for you to use.
I suggest to take one each morning, repeat it outloud or to yourself for 3-5 minutes and cherish that one affirmation throughout the whole day. You can also choose the specific ones that most suit you and work around those affirmations for a period of time.

I like to put them in a jar and take one for each day or special moments. I believe these are little messages that we are supposed to be receiving at that time specifically for our lives. So when you unfold your affirmation, think of how that one phrase adapts to your life at that moment, what you can change and improve in your life that relates to that affirmation.
